Recto: "Crooks campaign // No shooting allowed! Head him off!"
Verso: "The constant proximity of the Indians required the issuing of an order prohibiting the shooting. On Cabon Creek we found an unusual number of Jack rabbits. Our boys chased them on foot and succeeded in killing many of them with wooden sticks."
